The building & parking

We’re at 4255 N Eagle Rd, Boise, ID 83713, a single-story medical building on the east side of Eagle Rd. Free on-site parking directly in front of the entrance, including accessible spaces. No parallel parking, no garage fees. The Eagle Rd location is easy to reach from I-84 via the Eagle Rd exit, and from anywhere in Boise, Eagle, or Meridian without downtown traffic.

The reception area

Step in and you’ll find a reception desk, a quiet waiting area with comfortable chairs, a coffee and water station, and materials for the inevitable “waited longer than expected” moments, though we keep those rare. The front-office team handles check-in, insurance verification, scheduling, and billing questions. If you’re new, they’ll walk you through check-in paperwork.

The operatories

Treatment rooms (“operatories” in dental-speak) are set up to feel calm rather than clinical. Each has a modern adjustable dental chair with supportive positioning, an intraoral camera for showing you exactly what we see on a wall-mounted monitor, digital X-ray sensors that are smaller and more comfortable than film, and overhead natural-light-balanced lamps that illuminate without glare.

Comfort features in every room

We designed every operatory with patient comfort in mind, not just clinical efficiency. Ceiling-mounted TVs let you watch your favorite shows during treatment. Noise-canceling headphones with music are available for patients who find the instruments stressful. We keep blankets and neck pillows on hand for longer appointments.

For patients who need more than distraction, we offer nitrous oxide at every operatory and oral sedation options. Whether you just want to take the edge off or need something stronger, we meet you where you are.

Sterilization & safety

Every instrument used on patients is sterilized in autoclaves that meet or exceed CDC and ADA standards. Single-use items, needles, anesthetic cartridges, polishing cups, are disposed after each patient. Surfaces are disinfected between every visit. Our sterilization protocols are routinely inspected and documented. If you ever want to know the specifics, ask, we’re proud of the protocols and happy to show you the back-of-house side.

Accessibility

The building is wheelchair-accessible with accessible parking directly in front of the entrance, no-step entry, and wide interior doorways. Operatory chairs are adjustable for patients who need different positioning. If you have specific accessibility needs or concerns, let us know when you schedule and we’ll prepare accordingly.

Kid-friendly space

We see kids from age 1 and up in the same operatories we use for adults, parents stay in the room as long as their child wants them there. No separate pediatric room means kids learn that “the dentist” is the same experience their parents have. The neighborhood

Our section of Eagle Rd in West Boise is a mix of medical, retail, and restaurant, a 5-minute drive from Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center, 10 minutes from downtown Eagle, 15 minutes from The Village at Meridian, 15 minutes from downtown Boise, 10 minutes from Boise State University. Easy to combine a dental appointment with other errands in the area.
